Pressure Tested Global
The Clarity Room™

You’ve been carrying something.

You have people around you. That doesn’t mean you have somewhere to say everything.

Maybe you haven’t said much about it.

Maybe everybody around you thinks you already know what to do.

Maybe you do know.

You just haven’t moved yet.

Or maybe you’ve thought about it so much that you don’t even know what’s clear anymore.

That’s what this room is for.

Bring the real thing.

A working room. You bring the thing that's been sitting with you. I ask questions. I tell you what I see. We work through it until you can see your next move more clearly.

You don’t have to have it all figured out.

A lot of people depend on you.

Your family. Your team. Your business. Your people.

Everybody needs something.

You may have a board, a team, a family, and good people around you—and still have something you cannot take to any of them.

The Clarity Room gives that issue somewhere to go.

And maybe the path you chose has changed how you see things.

Most people would never choose it, much less stay with it. That can leave you surrounded by people and still not feel like you fit with the norm around you.

Here, you do not have to translate the way you think just to be understood.

Maybe it’s business.

Maybe it’s personal.

Maybe it’s both.

I don’t care what category it belongs in.

If it’s affecting the way you think, lead, decide, show up, sleep, move, or live...

bring it.

A room built for honesty.

You should be able to say what is really on your mind without worrying about how it sounds.

The Clarity Room is designed to be a respectful, confidential space where people can speak honestly, listen without judgment, and work through what they are carrying.

What is shared in the room is expected to stay in the room.

No recording. No screenshots. No sharing another participant’s name, story, or identifying details. No one is required to speak or disclose more than they choose.

Every participant is expected to protect the identity, story, and personal information of everyone else in the room.

Safety requires more than silence. It requires respect.

Here’s what we’re going to do.

You tell me what’s really going on.

Not the polished version.

The real version.

We slow it down.

We separate what’s true from everything running through your head.

I’ll ask questions.

I may challenge you.

I may see something differently than you do.

And you may realize you already knew the answer.

You just needed somewhere safe enough to say it out loud.

That’s the work.

This room is probably for you if...

You’re carrying something you keep thinking about.

You’re tired of going in circles.

You need another perspective.

You want somebody who is going to listen without an agenda.

You want somebody who will tell you the truth.

You’re ready to actually do something about it.

If you just want motivation, networking, or somebody to make the decision for you, this isn’t that.

What do you leave with?

Maybe the answer.

Maybe a decision.

Maybe a conversation you know you need to have.

Maybe the truth about something you’ve been avoiding.

Maybe just enough clarity to take the next step.

I’m not promising to fix your life in 90 minutes.

You should leave seeing the thing differently than when you came in.

And knowing what you need to do next.

Why me?

Thinking Partner & Life Coach to high-performing, growth-minded people.

I help people understand what's shaping the way they think, communicate, decide, and move.

I’ve spent most of my life being the person people come to when something is heavy.

Long before there was a business around it.

Long before I knew what to call it.

That followed me through 16 years in the Marine Corps, through combat, leadership, family, transition, business, and life.

People talk to me.

I listen.

I notice things.

I ask questions.

And I’m willing to tell somebody the truth when it matters.

That’s it.

I’m not here to be the smartest person in the room.

I’m here to help you see what you may be too close to see on your own.

If the work needs more time.

Many people find the Room is just the beginning.

Human behavior, judgment, communication, emotion, mindset, and decision-making under pressure do not always fit inside one conversation. The next step depends on what the issue actually needs.

The Clarity Room is one step in a larger journey. Most people start with the free Clarity Check, then a private conversation. The Room is where it gets real.

Private Clarity Session — $720. 60 minutes, 1-on-1, one real issue. Just you and me, working through the thing that's been sitting in front of you.

If your issue needs sustained private attention and working together makes sense for both of us, 90-Day Private Advisory — starting at $15,000.

At the end of those 90 days, the work may be complete, renew for another 90 days, or continue annually by mutual agreement.
